On October 3, our CEO, Exequiel Gallardo, had the opportunity to share his experience and knowledge on the well-known program Emprendedores Santander Work Café, broadcast on T13. This program, dedicated to supporting the growth of entrepreneurs and startups, offered an ideal platform to discuss key business topics, including the importance of corporate events for growing a startup.
During his appearance, Exequiel Gallardo pointed out that, for entrepreneurs, corporate events are much more than an opportunity to close deals. In his experience, these events are a chance to connect with potential customers and effectively show the added value of their products or services. VIPER’s CEO stressed that entrepreneurs tend to fall in love with a problem and then build solutions around it, which makes events a key opportunity to communicate those solutions to the world.
One of the most valuable pieces of advice he shared was the importance of preparing before attending an event. Exequiel encouraged entrepreneurs to research the industries and participants who will be there in advance, in order to make meaningful connections. He also stressed not focusing only on closing immediate deals, but on building long-term relationships, since these seeds can often grow into great opportunities in the future.
